Agents Roles & Responsibilities
AGENTS
Agents act as intermediaries between clients and the company, playing a critical role in developing client relationships, managing expectations, and facilitating transactions. Agents should be knowledgeable about the company's full service offerings and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source qualified clients interested in financial instruments (LCs, SBLCs, BGs, Monetization, etc.)
- Provide clients with accurate and compliant information regarding available services
- Gather full KYC/AML documentation, including CIS forms, company profiles, and financials
- Act as the client's primary liaison, answering questions and managing the onboarding process
- Ensure client readiness and documentation is sufficient for bank submission
- Collaborate with internal departments (legal, compliance, operations) for transaction processing
- Support negotiations regarding terms, pricing, and timelines in coordination with the back office
- Maintain client relationships post-transaction and identify new opportunities
- Stay up to date on market trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings
